This training will focus on evidenced-based strategies that can assist to produce results during implementation of programs which lead to successful outcomes beyond what the programs own outcomes produce. 

Objectives are:
1) Understand evidenced based strategies that can assist to produce results during implantation of prevention programs
2) Understand stages of implementation
3) Apply stages of implementation to current program and how to improve upon the stages into sustainability.
