This training will focus on evaluating our own practices and how we are caring for ourselves as we give to others. We will also look at what we would like to do to improve upon those known self-care practices and incorporating them into our lives regularly.

Objectives are:
1) Understand and evaluation of our own self-care practices
2) Understand and develop strategies to improve our self-care practices
3) Apply commitment to implementing self-care strategies
